Booking Procedures are Back to Normal

The new financial year has started, and we have returned to the original booking and payment terms which will strictly be applied.

Booking Policy for Group Bookings

90 days prior to arrival: Provide an update of sold rooms, and release 50% of unsold rooms (Gondwana Collection Namibia reserves the right to cancel 50% of unsold rooms)

60 days prior to arrival: Provide final rooming list.

Options available to Operators:
a) To hold 2 rooms on provisional status until 30 days prior – 30 days automatic cancellation.
b) No communication 60 days prior – Gondwana Collection Namibia reserves the right to cancel the block booking.

30 Days prior to arrival: For non-account holders, a final rooming list and full payment are required. For account holders, a final rooming list is required as well as full payment 30 days after the invoice date.
